Use For Progressive Lubrication System(PRG)
Progressive lubrication systems consist of a lubricator, progressive distributors, pipeline accessories and controllers. Features include: accurate metering of volume depending on piston diameter and stroke, easy installation, adjustment and maintenance. The PRG system is widely used in mining, steel mills, metallurgy, vehicles, harbors, construction machinery and other industries. The lubricant used is from NLGI-000 toNLGI-2, while system pressure ranges from 20 to 45Mpa. The filter element is 150μ.The progressive distributor is divided into two kinds of distributors: a center progressive distributor and a model progressive distributor. There is a choice of segment combinations, effectively ranging from periodic to near continuous lubrication.

1- The 1000/2000/3000 series distributors distribute and proportion incoming oil or grease to bearing points. A typical 100 distributor consists of an inlet section, three to nine valves and an end section. One assembly can serve up to a maximum of 18 lubrication points.
2- The 1000/2000/3000 Series distributors have a sliding discharge piston and built-in outlet check valves. Blocks are offered in three output sizes. The discharge capacity of a block is determined by varying the piston diameter in the valve block. Valve blocks have two outlets located at each end of the assembly (double outlet blocks). They supply rated discharge outputs from each of the two outlets during one complete valve cycle.
3- 1000 progressive grease distributor is an advanced design and reasonable structural oil distributor; Can be used in high pressure and wide temperature change conditions. It can be combined with electric and pneumatic pumps to form a single line lubrication system. It is used as a female distributor for various large machine tools and port of equipment , or for large single-line lubrication systems.
4- A standard set of dispensers consists of a “firt chip”✚a piece of “tail chip” ✚ 3-10 piece. It can provides 3-20 lubrication points for lubrication. Double outlet working chip, (after size use T to indicate the double outlet), there are two oil outlets, at the two ends of the working chip;
5- Note that for the double outlet working chip, can not Block any oil outlet, which will affect its normal operation and damage the distributor . Single grease outlet working chip (after the specification value of ,use S to indicate the single grease outlet), there is an oil outlet, which can be any of end of the working piece, and the other end of the outlet oil needs to be blocked.
