Microfiber is the abbreviation of ultra-fine fiber PU synthetic leather. It is a non-woven fabric with three-dimensional structure network made of ultrafine short fiber through carding and needling. After wet processing, PU resin immersion, alkali reduction, skin grinding and dyeing, etc., the ultrafine fiber leather is finally made into ultrafine leather.

The appearance of microfibers is most like genuine leather. Its products are superior to natural leather in terms of thickness uniformity, tear strength, color brightness and surface utilization, which has become the development direction of contemporary synthetic leather with its excellent performance, environmental protection, non-toxic, high utilization rate.

Microfibers are remarkably similar to real leather, with only a 1% cross section of a human hair, which is very close to real leather.

The surface layer of microfiber leather is composed of polyamine ester layer with similar structure to the grain surface layer of natural leather, and the base layer is made of microfiber non-woven fabric, whose structure is very similar to the network layer of natural leather, so the microfiber leather have very similar structure and performance with and natural leather.
