Precautions for Use of Exhaust Fan:
1, The operating environment shall be kept clean and tidy, and there shall be no sundries at the air inlet and outlet; Regularly clean the dust and other debris inside and outside the fan to ensure that the surface of the fan is clean and tidy;
2.The fan can only be operated under completely normal conditions, and the power supply facilities must have sufficient capacity and stable voltage. It is strictly forbidden to operate without phase. The power supply line must be a dedicated line, and temporary lines should not be used for long-term power supply;
3.In case of abnormal sound, serious heating of the motor, electrification of the shell, tripping of the switch and failure to start during the operation of the fan, it shall be shut down immediately for inspection.The fan must be turned off during maintenance, and maintenance during fan operation is not allowed. After maintenance, the test run shall be carried out for about five minutes, and the machine shall be started up after confirming that there is no abnormality;
4. Regularly check whether the circuit components are aging, if so, please replace the new components in time;
5. During product maintenance and inspection, please cut off the power for inspection, and do not connect the power for inspection, so as to avoid personal injury and death.
