A: These two gate valve locks are designed for larger sizes, 13″-18″ and 18″-25″ gate valves respectively, and are designed to be removable in one place with the two semicircules overlapping for ease of transportation.There are three holes for padlocks.

A: Sure, they are same.
Q: Will it last without rivets?
