Air cooling condenser is mainly composed of tube bundle, axial fan and frame. Bundle material is stainless steel tube, aluminum, advanced mechanical expansion tube and circular corrugated double flanged aluminum fin structure form, such a structure increases the stainless steel tube and aluminum fin contact surface, to ensure the heat transfer effect. The mechanical expansion makes the stainless steel tube and the aluminum fin contact closely, and the circular ripple can promote the fluid turbulence, destroy the boundary layer and improve the heat transfer coefficient.
Its working principle: Cooker and Drier will produce a large amount of waste vapor of 90℃~100℃ in the production process. The waste vapor is sent to the tube of the Air Cooling Condenser through the Blower. The waste vapor in the tube transfers the heat energy to the fin on the side of the tube, and then the heat energy on the fin is taken away by the fan. When the high temperature waste vapor passes through the Air Cooling Condenser, part of the waste vapor releases heat and condenses into water, which is transported to the supporting sewage treatment station through the pipeline and discharged after being treated to reach the standard.
