This capping machine is suitable for the capping process of syrup, oral liquid, cough suppressant, lotion, external use and other liquids in the pharmaceutical, food, health care and other industries, and it fully meets the requirements of the new version of GMP. The capping machine adopts air claw capping head to automatically grasp the cap, the torque is adjustable, and it has the characteristics of stable capping and high pass rate of capping. The capping adopts two-knife sealing and two-knife thread rolling, flexible design, convenient adjustment, high pass rate of capping, and can be designed as a roller-type rolling cap cutter head. The bottle feeding adopts the form of continuous bottle feeding by turntable. The equipment can be used as a stand-alone machine or in series. The equipment occupies a small area, has high production efficiency, stable operation, and is economical and practical.
