Aluminium 1050 Plate，Belt belongs to a product of pure aluminum plate series, and the chemical composition and mechanical properties of 1060 series products are nearly the same, and the application is basically replaced by 1060 aluminum plate belt. The last two digits in the 1050 series are 50.

According to the naming principle of international brand, the aluminum content must reach 99.5% or more for qualified products. China’s aluminum alloy technical standard (GB/T3880-2006) also clearly stipulates that the aluminum content of 1050 reaches 99.5%. Because it does not contain other technical elements, the production process is relatively simple and the price is relatively cheap. It is the most commonly used series in conventional industry.

Industrial pure aluminum has high plasticity, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and good thermal conductivity, but low strength, not through heat treatment to strengthen, machinability is not good, can accept contact welding, gas welding.

Industrial pure aluminum has the general characteristics of aluminum, small density, good electrical and thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance, good plastic processing performance, can be processed into plates, belts, foil and extruded products, can be gas welding, argon arc welding, spot welding.

Industrial pure aluminum can not be strengthened by heat treatment, can improve the strength through cold deformation, the only form of heat treatment is annealing, recrystallization start temperature and impurity content and deformation degree, generally about 200℃. σ B= 80 ~ 100MPa, σ0.2=30 ~ 50MPa, ζ=35% ~ 40%, HB=25 ~ 30. After 60%-80% cold deformation, the ζ value decreases to 1%-1.5%, although the ζ value increases to 150-180mpa. Increasing the content of fe and Si impurities can improve the strength, but reduce the plasticity, electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. The mechanical properties of 1200(L5) industrial pure aluminum sheet under different hardening conditions can be obtained by adjusting the annealing temperature after cold deformation or controlling the cold deformation after annealing. In order to improve formability, it is better to adopt the former method.

Heat treatment specification:

1) Complete annealing: heating 390 ~ 430℃; The insulation time is 30 ~ 120min depending on the effective thickness of the material. At the speed of 30 ~ 50℃/h, the furnace is cooled to 300℃, and then air cooled.

2) Rapid annealing: heating 350 ~ 370℃; The insulation time is 30 ~ 120min depending on the effective thickness of the material. Air or water cooling.

3) Quenching and aging: quenching 500 ~ 510℃, air cooling; Artificial aging 95 ~ 105℃,3h, air cooling; Natural aging room temperature 120h
