PRODUCT APPLICATION
This coloring pigment is able to widely substitute conventional toxic antirust pigments such aslead red and zinc chrome yellow in the production of various prime coats and combined coating materials.With good compatibility with varnish paints, it can be used together with various coloring pigments,filing agents and antirust pigmentsin the production of high performance anti-corrosion coating materials.Specifically it is applicable to the production ofdissolvent type of coating materials such as formaldehyde phenol resin,alkide resin,epoxy resin,epoxy polyester andacrylic resin as well as water-soluble epoxy ester dipping paint. Besides,it is also applicable to the preparation of highbuild paint, powder coating,organic titanium anti-corrosion coating,on-rust paint,bituminous paint, zinc-rich primer,fire-retardant coating,heat-resistant paint,etc.

Modified Aluminum Tripolyphosphate is suitable for production of water paint while Aluminum Tripolyphosphate is suitable for oil paint. Aluminum Dihydrogen Tripolyphosphate can also be used as a curing agent forSodium silicate.
Product intro
Aluminum dihydrogen tripolyphosphate is a pure product and a low-heavy metal pigment. It can be used not only in oily and water-based paints, but also as a high temperature resistant material. It is weakly acidic and relatively stable to acids. The dissociation constant pKa=1.5～1.6 , It has selective adsorption to alkalis, such as alkali metal ions, ammonium ions, etc.; as an inorganic fine chemical, aluminum dihydrogen tripolyphosphate has the advantages of non-toxicity, storage stability and good weather resistance. It is a new generation of environmentally friendly anti-rust pigments that can be combined with alkyd resins, phenolic resins, epoxy resins, epoxy polyesters, acrylic-melamine resins, styrene-acrylic emulsions, silicone resins, polyaniline resins, polyvinyl chloride, and chlorinated resins. Polyethylene, chlorinated rubber, etc. are mixed, which are favored by users. Product performance & application
►It is widely used in various primers and paints with a combination of the bottom surface. It has good affinity with varnishes. It can be used in conjunction with various pigments and fillers, and can also be used in combination with various anti-rust pigments. It can effectively replace red lead and zinc. Traditional toxic anti-rust pigments such as chrome yellow are used to prepare various high-performance anti-corrosion paints. Suitable for solvent-based coatings such as phenolic resin, alkyd resin, epoxy resin and acrylic resin, as well as various water-soluble resin coatings (such as: highly adaptable water-based epoxy ester dip coating, etc.); it can also be used for thick build Coatings, powder coatings, organic titanium anti-corrosion coatings, rusty paints and bitumen varnishes, zinc-rich primers, fire-resistant coatings, heat-resistant coatings, etc.

Transport & storage
