High-precision flat cutting machine (soldering table suction type)

1. Cutting bubble size: 3000×2000×1200mm
Cutting thickness: 0.5~30mm (±0.05mm)
Cutting speed: 0~50m/min, no piercing marks.
2. Electric configuration: Frequency conversion speed regulation is introduced in platform operation. Frequency conversion is controlled in lifting. Tool wheel speed and frequency control. PLC thermal relay (Japan Omron). AC Contactor Schneider (France). Operation Panel 15-inch touch panel. All motors are made in Taiwan.
3. Blade configuration: German blade technology, the blade is made of 65 manganese steel with a hardness of 50 degrees and a service life of 5 years. The upper blade has an electric/manual fine adjustment method. The diameter of the top edge is the same as the diameter of the blade and is filled with alloy.
4. The cutter wheel adopts precision casting of high chromium steel. After heat treatment the hardness rises above 50 degrees. Harder than a knife belt. He has a service life of 10 years without loss of quality.
5. Independent electrical control cabinet. Independent touch screen operation platform.
6. The platform suction incorporates a high-pressure fan developed in Taiwan that can effectively absorb various soft and hard sponges, PE, EVA, recycled sponges and more.
7. Whetstone is made of flat alloy steel with a diameter of 250mm and is stable.
8. The dust collector is made of stainless steel, sleek and durable.
9. The winding drive uses a ball screw and commutator device manufactured in Taiwan, preferably a winding, and the bearings are all manufactured by NSK in Japan.
10. The platform is covered by a 12 mm thick aluminum plate and the total plane error after milling is 3 mm. The platform movement features a Taiwanese-made silent linear guide, high precision rack drive, stable operation and low noise.
