Introduction:
Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride is a new kind of high molecular synthetic material and engineering plastic.Produced by the reaction between chlorination of polyvinyl chloride and chlorine under ultraviolet rays.This product is white or light yellow loose powder.
The irregular characteristic of molecular bond and the polarity will increase when the chlorinated polyvinyl chloride is chloridized. The solubility and the chemical stable are better ,so as to enhance the heat resistance and corrosion resistance, acid resistance,alkali resistance,salt resistance and chlorination agent resistance. Improving the temperature  resistance and mechnical characteristic . The chlorine content is increased from 56.7% to 65～72% .Vicat soften temperature is increased from 72～82℃ to 90～138℃.It can be up to 110 ℃ at most , and up to 95℃ for long lasting temperature . The CPVC ( chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) are new type engineering plastic with broad application in the future.

Technical Specification

Application:
1.CPVC can be mainly applied to special materials like heating pipes,pipe fittings ,injection molding etc.
2.CPVC also can be used for printing ink,anti corrosive coating ,PVC adhesives etc.
