The clean board can be made of rock wool, paper honeycomb, glass magnesium plate, aluminum honeycomb, magnesium oxysulfide, silica, gypsum and other core materials, as well as color steel plate, color coated aluminum alloy plate, stainless steel plate, titanium zinc plate and other panel materials.

Clean wall panels are divided into various types according to different core materials
1. EPS (self-extinguishing polystyrene) color steel sandwich panel: light weight, high mechanical strength, water resistance, oxygen index ≥ 32 (OI). It is mainly used to purify the ceiling of the workshop, the enclosure, the building layer, the temporary office, the warehouse, etc. When the distance between the supports is less than or equal to 1500mm, the flexural bearing capacity of the sandwich panel can reach 100-120kg/m.

2. PU (polyurethane) color steel sandwich panel: heat insulation, sound insulation, high strength, water resistance, oxygen index ≥ 26 (OI), fire rating B1-B2. Cost-effective, mostly used in air-conditioning boxes, hospitals, electronic workshops, etc. When the distance between the supports is less than or equal to 1500mm, the flexural bearing capacity of the sandwich panel can reach 100kg/m’.

3. Fireproof rock wool color steel sandwich panel: good fireproof performance, non-combustibility and high fireproof grade. Suitable for drying room, paint room, construction, ship heat insulation, sound insulation, etc. When the distance between the supports is less than or equal to 1500mm, the flexural bearing capacity of the sandwich panel can reach 90kg/m’.

4. Paper honeycomb color steel sandwich panel: high strength, light weight, fire rating B1. It is widely used in clean building fields such as electronics, biology, food, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, and military. When the distance between the supports is less than or equal to 1500mm, the flexural bearing capacity of the sandwich panel can reach 90kg/m’.

5. Hollow glass magnesium color steel sandwich panel: The hollow glass magnesium color steel plate adopts a new generation of fireproof and environmentally friendly materials, which is non-combustible, has high flatness, and is 5 times stronger than rock wool sandwich panels! 7. Magnesium oxysulfide board: good fire resistance, outstanding thermal insulation advantages, waterproof, moisture-proof, strong adhesion between the core material and the panel, significant sound insulation effect, high strength, green environmental protection.
