Cold rolling is processed from hot-rolled sheets at room temperature. Although the rolling process will heat up the steel plate, it is still called cold rolling. Cold rolling uses hot rolled products as raw materials. Our cold rolled products are all processed after pickling.

The finished product needs to be heat treated. The intermediate annealing is to eliminate the work hardening caused by the cold deformation caused by recrystallization, so as to restore the plasticity of the material and reduce the deformation resistance of the metal. The purpose of heat treatment of the finished product is to eliminate the hardening caused by recrystallization. It also depends on the organization (such as various textures, etc.) and product performance (such as deep drawing, electromagnetic performance, etc.) required in the initial stage according to the technical requirements of the product. Sorting includes inspection, cutting, correction (flattening), printing, sorting and packaging. The product has high packaging requirements to prevent scratches on the surface of the product during transportation. In addition to the above processes, there are special processes in the production of some special products.

First introduce our pickling workshop.1250mm pickling line, with product specification of 1.8～4.0mm*800～1250mm. The production line adopts the push-pull shallow groove turbulence pickling technology, which is the most advanced one, it is equipped with five roller straightening machine, automatic shearing, automatic control system of temperature, concentration of hydrochloric acid, the product surface clean and bright. It can be used for cold rolled substrate and commodity plate.
Pickling unit has the advantages of simple equipment, light weight, less energy consumption, small foot-print, easy operation, flexible production, investment saving and so on. The pickling process can be shortened and the surface quality can be improved by using the shallow trough turbulent pickling process.
