Product performance & application
►Aluminum metaphosphate is used for the coating of silicon carbon anode material, and the first effect is obviously improved, which can improve the thermal stability in the battery and improve the safety performance of the battery. For the negative electrode material, it is effective in improving the stability of the slurry, suppressing gas generation and small changes in storage viscosity. In terms of oxidation resistance, the aluminum metaphosphate-coated carbon material sample was oxidized in an air environment at 700°C for 100 hours, and the weight loss was less than 1%.
►Aluminum metaphosphate is a three-dimensional grid-like crystal, and its shape under the electron microscope is sheet-like. The metaphosphate of aluminum metaphosphate has two kinds of structures: chain and ring. It forms a grid-like structure by combining and sharing with metal ions. The coating layer formed by aluminum metaphosphate is difficult for oxygen atoms to pass through, which can effectively hinder the passage of oxygen.
