Fundamental
The machine can use eletric, gas, LPG, Coal, Biological Particles, diesel and other energy heating. The working principle is that the air heated by the heat source in the hot air stove is blown by circulation fans into the inside of the drying cabinet body so that the moisture of the product is evaporated under the heat. Evaporated under this process, the generated moist air is discharged to the outside of the device with the exhaust pipe. The machine can continuously feed and make the material run smoothly. During the material conveying process, the gap is conveyed through the intermittent mesh belt to realize the turnover of the material and reach homogeneity of the heated air on all surfaces. It can connect with other equipment to achieve continuous operation. (The following is explanation of heat pump belt dryer)
Remarks: As above image shows: drying medium(ambient air) of high moisture is transfered by circulationg fan into the hot air pump(evaporator), during this process, the temparature of ambient air is lowed and moisture is dropped down as saturated air, then the air (drying medium) of lowest moisture and temperature is transfered to the condenser (hot air pump) to heat up the air. After this, the air (drying medium) of high temperature and low moisture is blowed into the raw material to dry raw material successfully.

2.Mesh belt dryer has independent circulation of hot air. Of the wasted gas is discharged by a special dehumidifying fan. The exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve. The hot gas make the material up or down on the mesh belt by heating to dry biomass and remove the moisture. The mesh belt moves slowly, the operating speed can be adjusted freely according to the material temperature and the dried product continously falls into the receiver. Up and down cycle can be flexibly configured according to user needs, and the number of units can be selected according to the need. The amount of air, heating temperature, material residence time, and heating rate can be adjusted to achieve the drying effect.
3. Due to the low temperature of the material, the equipment is completely closed, only leaving the openings necessary for the discharge, so the effect the dehumidifying is good.
4. The unique air intake device makes the distribution of hot air more uniform and ensures the consistency of product quality.
5. Heating system, temperature-controlled muti-position design and high air circulation fan can make internal heat fully dispersed in every corner of the interior. Make sure there are no dead ends. Uniform temperature, ideal for air drying and drying products.
a.Circulation Fan: The circulation fan can blow the hot air generated by the hot stove into the dryer chamber.
b.Air volume controller, when the air temperature in the hot blast stove is too high, the value is properly opened, which can replensish fresh air and regulate the temperature inside the dryer (only steam-heated dryer needed)
c.Dehumidifier fan: it can discharge the damp air.
d.Moisture control valve: when the air temperature rises, the valve can be enlarged a little, it can accelerate the removal of moisture.
