Direct steam heating, and indirect heating through its main shaft and jacket are adopted to ensure that the raw material is well cooked.With steel foundation instead of concrete foundation, changeable installation location.With speed variable motor to adjust the rotating speed freely as per the different raw fish species.The main shaft is fitting with auto-adjust sealing device, so that avoid leakage, thus keep site neat.Equipped with vapor buffer tank to avoid ducting pipeline block and vapor leakage.Matched with auto-feeding hopper to make sure the cooker is full of raw fish, also avoid over-feeding situation.By means of drainage system, take condensate back to boiler, therefore improve boiler efficiency, meanwhile reduce energy consumption.By means of scraper sign-glass to check the raw fish cooking status clearly.According to the standard of the pressure vessel, all pressure vessels are manufactured with carbon dioxide gas arc welding or low-hydrogen electrode DC welding.The machine has taken X-ray test and hydraulic pressure test for welding lines by technical supervision office.The shell and shaft are made of Mild Steel; inlet & outlet, upper cover, both-end exposed part are Stainless Steel.Use stainless sheet cover after insulation, good-looking and neat.

working principle

The purpose of heating the raw fish is mainly to sterilize and solidify the protein, and at the same time release the oil composition in the body fat of the fish, so as to create conditions for entering the next pressing process. Therefore, the cooking machine is one of the most important links in the wet fish meal production process.

Cooker is used to steam raw fish and is the main component of a complete fishmeal plant. It consists of a cylindrical shell and a spiral shaft with steam heating. The cylindrical shell is equipped with a steam jacket and the spiral shaft and the spiral blades on the shaft have a hollow structure with steam passing inside.

The raw material enters the machine from the feed port, is heated by the spiral shaft and the spiral blades and the steam jacket, and moves forward slowly under the push of the blades. As the raw material cooks, the volume of the material is gradually reduced, and is constantly stirred and turned, and finally is continuously discharged from the discharge port.
