No addition of formaldehyde, wide uses and easy application

1. To ensure the use effect, the surface to be bonded should be clean, dry, flat and free of oil stains.

2. The application temperature of the latex is generally 5℃ – 35℃, the relative humidity of the air should not be more than 80%, and the moisture content of the latex should be less than 12%.

3. The latex usage should be ≥150g/㎡ for wood bonding with even coating and be controlled at ＞150-250g/㎡ for bonding loose materials. Overlap the bonded materials, apply a 0.5-1Mpa pressure on the bonding surface, and keep it for 24 hours. Take the lower limit of the loose pressure for loose boards and the upper limit for compact boards.

4. Customers should determine the most suitable application scheme according to different uses and environments to ensure the best bonding performance.

5. The best storage temperature is 5℃ – 35℃.

The product in intact packaging can be stored in a cool and dry place for 12 months from the date of production.

1. This product series appears in a milky white or light yellow liquid state, with no obvious irritating smell. If you find any apparent abnormality with the product within its storage life, please contact the local service provider for assistance.

Due to the different use, use environment and other factors of each customer, users have the responsibility to test the product provided by our factory so as to verify whether it is suitable for their process and application.
