Intelligent Hydraulic Fixed Winch Hoist /Hydropower Station Fixed Winch Hoist
The intelligent fixed winch hoist is specially used to hoist the sluice gate, trash rack and other equipment in hydropower station, hydro-junction and navigation junction. It is an important part of hydraulic machinery.
In addition to the hoisting function of normal fixed hoist hoist, the intelligent fixed hoist hoist also has a safety monitoring system, online monitoring system and automatic operation system. The internal state and external operation of the equipment can be clearly seen in the central control room and mobile communication equipment. At the same time, when the monitoring data is close to the set limit value, the system will send alarm signals to the central control room and mobile communication equipment; When the set limit value is reached, the power supply will be cut off automatically, and the fault cause signal will be sent.
We have successfully supplied and installed many fixed winch hoist to the customers at home and aboard. The max. capacity of the fixed winch hoist we have manufactured and installed till now is 2×3600kN-35m (double lifting point), for Dongzhuang Hydro-junction Project, and 1×5000kN-85m (single lifting point), for Dashimen Hydro-junction Project.
