3. What is the procedure of the production?
The production of the sprockets are very complicated, every step will be done carefully strictly with the datas, or it will be useless. Th e main procedures include cutting the steel plate into round dishes, digging the inner hole and design holes,then graining the teeth, refining the edge of the teeth to make them smooth, heat treatment, sand blasting, galvanizing or other surface treatment, laser logo making, packaging, marks. If you have other requirement for the products, we can communicate and make it as your instruction.

4. What kinds of transportation do we need?
We use containers and transport by sea the most, we can accept both FOB and C&F price terms, we can also accpet full container or part of the container orders, all deponding on your need. If you have appointed freight forwarder, we can cooperate with them to fullfill the loading and delivery. We have 4 folklifts in our factory, this is very convenient we are loading the containers.
