The design concept of mobile Jaw crushing station fully adapts to various situations of mobile crushing, and the obstacles of crushing site, environment and basic configuration to customers’ crushing operation. It really provides customers with simple and low-cost crushing equipment, which is widely used in the processing of materials that often need relocation operations, such as mines, construction waste, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, water conservancy and hydropower. Users can adopt various configuration forms according to the type and scale of processed materials and the requirements of finished materials
The whole mobile jaw crusher plant is composed of jaw crusher, feeder, belt conveyor, iron recover, hydraulic ship frame, belt conveyor, motor and control cabinet .The positions of main parts are marked in the structural drawing above.
The materials are evenly transported to the jaw crusher through the feeder. After the jaw crusher makes preliminary crushing, the finished materials are output by the conveyor for continuous crushing. The jaw mobile crushing station can remove the vibrating screen according to the actual production needs to realize the direct preliminary crushing of materials. It can be used together with other crushing equipment, and the operation is convenient and flexible.
1. The tire type ship frame structure is adopted, with mobility, high vehicle chassis, small turning radius, and equipped with traction steering shaft, which can realize free transfer work
2. Oil and electricity dual-purpose design, diesel generator set can be configured to meet the needs of different customers and different working environments
3. The ship steel frame structure is adopted to make the stress points of the mobile crushing station more uniform, ensure the stability of the continuous operation of the mobile plant, and avoid the risk of overturning or falling apart during the operation of the mobile crushing station
4. The design of hydraulic support makes the mobile crushing station more reasonable. The frame not only increases the stability of the mobile station, but also greatly improves the smoothness of equipment use
5. It can realize from single application to multiple on-line applications. Through combination and orderly layout, the overall space layout is more reasonable and compact, the working space is saved, the problems such as too long and too wide production line are avoided, and the different production needs of customers are met
