Pedestal Base:
Square steel base with round corner, by powder painting.
Color can follow client’s requirement, no MOQ limit.
Base height to be produced according to table function or client’s need;
Square base size can be customized according to table function or client’s need;
Base can be produced in round shape or square with round corner.

Tabletop:
Solid wood (oak, ash, walnut, cherry birch with stained color or clear lacquer;
Forbo linoleum on birch plywood or MDF, color from Forbo program;
Formica laminate on birch plywood or MDF, color or pattern from Formica program;
Chipboard with melamine surface, very small cost to fill up the space and still good looking.
Veneer on MDF is of course another economic solution with natural feeling.

4pcs of felt pads on bottom of square base, to protect floor surface and makes it more stable.

Maintenance:
Wipe clean with a damp cloth, if hard stain, please use common dish soap to clean and wipe dry shortly after.
Regularly check whether all assembled parts are tight, and re-reinforce if necessary.

2.What is the general lead time?
We have normal lead time 35-45 days. Urgent order, please contact our sales manager for further checking.

3.What kind of after-sale service do you offer?
We have always good willing to help our clients to find a solution for any problems.
We help our client to find out reasons of any problems, suggestions for the maintenance.
If necessary, we even find people for to-door-service.

4.What if the goods have quality problem?
This happen seldom. But if it happens.
If the quality problem comes from production, we will take care of free replacement or refund the claimed items.
If the problem comes from transportation, we will assist clients for compensation from the logistic company.

5.What is the production capacity?
8000sets per month.

6.Do you accept OEM / ODM order?
Yes, we do. Just send us the design (or concept) drawing, we make production drawings for your confirmation and mass production without any problem.
If it is your design, we only produce for your company, keep this design off from any other clients.
All packing or labels are in your name.
