Joining of hard wood through edge gluing, mortise and tenon joints, or finger joints.

The product is free of added formaldehyde or other toxics, easy to apply and highly adhesive.

1. Moisture content of the boards to be glued must be lower than 12%; their moisture content gap shall be kept small.

2. The board surface shall be flat, clean, and free of oil, stain, dust, and the section shall be fresh to ensure adhesion.

3. The amount of glue used shall be determined according to the wood type, storing time, environment, temperature, etc. Generally it shall be at 150-250g/㎡.

4. The boards shall be closed immediately after glue is applied, or the glue will become a film and reduce adhesion. Generally, the time shall not be longer than 2-3 minutes in summer and 3-5 minutes in winter. The joining time shall not be too long either, usually at 3-5 minutes, or the glue first applied will form a film and reduce adhesion before applying pressure to the glued parts.

5. The drying time will be longer if the glue is used in an area of higher humidity or lower temperature; please apply pressure for a longer time; longer pressure time or higher pressure shall be applied if the wood is hard; generally, pressure shall be at 1MPa-1.5MPa.

6. If a curing agent is used, the amount shall be 10%-15%.

7. The glue is best applied between 10℃-25℃. Below 5℃, adhesion will be significantly affected; above 30℃, the applying time of glue already mixed with curing agent will be shortened, therefore affecting application and the final adhesion.

8. The puzzle glue, when added with curing agent, shall be applied within two hours in winter and one hour in summer, to ensure adhesion.

9. One should decide the best plan according to purpose, environment, etc. to ensure maximum adhesion.
