ForeQuant F4 and ForeQuant F6 Real-Time PCR System are used to run real-time fluorescence PCR experiments (Real-time PCR) and to analyze the experimental data. the instruments are operated in the laboratory, in conjunction with the corresponding reagents, for rapid and accurate quantitative and qualitative detection of target nucleic acids from human samples (e.g., blood, oral swabs, nasopharyngeal swabs, body fluids, etc.) or other analytes in the patient’s body, or for melting curves, genotype analysis.
