1. Roller Conveyor shot blasting machine is a specially designed machine used in the surface cleaning for high and large jobs. It can realize the shot blasting automatically. Roller Conveyor shot blasting machine consists of automatic loading system (option), inlet roller conveyor, blasting chamber, blasting system, auxiliary chamber, abrasive circulation system (separator, bucket elevator, screw conveyor), dust collection system, electric control system, maintenance platform, outlet roller conveyor, automatic unloading system (option). The surface finish level is Sa2.5. The machines can be delivered as standalone units or as a part of an automatic production line.
2. Length of roller conveyor depends on customer requirements. The blast area of shot blasting machine is protected by wear-resistant ZGMn13 guard plate, they are attached from the outside and are easy to replace. Working speed rollers during the process of blasting can be constantly updated. The entire device is made in accordance with the strictest European standards.
3. Brushing and blowing systems allows the steel shot removal at the end of the shot blasting. The blast media must be cleaned off the workpiece after the blasting process, to avoid blast media building up on long parts, the spent abrasive from the work surface into a specially designed trough with a screw conveyor taking the media back into circulation.
