1. The steel pipe material should conform to the Q235B steel specified in “Carbon Structural Steel” GB700 and the welded steel pipe specified by GB3092 or the No. 20 seamless steel pipe specified by GB3087.
2. The bolt ball is forged with No. 45 steel specified in GB699, and the surface should be smooth, no cracks, no overburning, and no pitting.
3. High-strength bolts are made of the materials specified in GB/T16939-1997 of “High-strength bolts for steel grid bolts and ball joints”. The finished product does not allow quenching cracks of any depth or any length in any part. The performance grade of high-strength bolts must meet the requirements of “Steel High-strength bolts for grid bolts and ball joints “GB/T16939-1997″, the surface hardness should reach HRC32~36, the thread should meet the 6g level in “General Thread Tolerance and Fit” GB197, and the surface should be blackened and painted. Anti-rust oil.
4. The material of the sealing plate and the cone head should conform to the Q235 steel stipulated in GB700, and the material of the sleeve and sleeve should conform to the Q235 steel stipulated in GB700 or the 16Mn steel stipulated in the “Technical Conditions for Low Alloy Structural Steel” GB1591 or the “High Quality Carbon Structure”. For the No. 45 steel specified in GB699, the appearance of the sealing plate, cone head and sleeve shall not have cracks, over-burning and scale.
5. Welding rod: E43XX series is selected; connection weld grade requirements: the butt weld of the main pipe is a full penetration weld, and the weld quality grade is first-class. The quality grade of the rest of the full penetration welds is Class II;
6 Materials should have quality certificates and acceptance reports, steel balls must be marked with job numbers, all weldments should be coded with welder job numbers, and the quality of all products should conform to <<Industrial Standards for Steel Grids>> JGJ75.1~75.3-91
7. The steel used in the load-bearing structure should have the certificate of tensile strength, elongation, yield strength and sulfur and phosphorus content.
The steel used in welded load-bearing structures and important non-welded load-bearing structures shall also have the certificate of cold bending test.
