The machine is used to for inspecting of the dust-content of feathers materials, semi-finished and finished feather products.
It has two levels of de-dust roller.In the first level of roller, feathers will stay for a short time and major dust will be removed.While in the second level of roller,feathers will stay for a longer time to get a precise de-dust.Both de-dust rollers are all equipped with removable de-dusting sieve plate.
Its body structure is made of high quality wood and special plywood board. tight sealing, good anti-static performance,small or no noise.Full automatic operation and equipped with power control box, auto silo, vacuum bagger and dust collector the Model is XC-2.
